Arrived on time and what I wanted

They were lovely, my parents sent me a.picture when they arrived

The bouquet i received for my wife's anniversary gift was well below the standard I've come to expect from Petals Network florists on this occasion. For a start, many of the flowers given turned mouldy the very next day, when you would typically expect flowers of this type to last up to a week. (The attached picture represents the size of the vase provided next to the amount of flowers that survived the next days). Secondly, the vase they were provided in look like something that has been sitting on top of a heater before the flowers were put in, as this was also mouldy and had serveral severed stems baked into the glass. Lastly, upon paying an extra ~$20 for additional chocolates, which I would have expected to be something at least better than standard supermarket brands, I was provided with a glass jar and a packet of strawberry chew sweets that both look like they were purchased in a 2-dollar shop. I'm bitterly disappointed with the product provided on this occasion and will be loath to use your site again if you continue to use sub-standard florists.
